200.170 SOLICITATION OF FUNDS POLICY
Funds may be solicited within the college district for regular and approved college
activities with prior written approval by the appropriate administrator and the president.
The financial records of any organization involved in soliciting funds in the name
of or for the benefit of any Wenatchee Valley College department program, or student
club shall be available to the college president for audit on demand.
All funds received in the name of or for the benefit of any Wenatchee Valley College
department, program or student club shall be deposited into an accounting fund established
by the college business office.
All disbursements made from solicited funds shall be made in accordance with regular
state and college policies and procedures, requiring pre-approval by the appropriate
administrator.
