Facility Rentals & Reservations
WVC's Student Recreation Center hosts many private and public group events in our facilities throughout the year. The Multipurpose Courts, Hi-Tech Studio Room, Upstairs Mezzanine, and Outdoor Courts can be reserved by WVC student groups, on-campus departments, and community organizations.
Class 1 - WVC Student Groups

Class 2 & 3 - WVC Athletics & WVC Internal Departments
1. Please contact Student Rec Center Manager: avaughn@wvc.edu or 509-682-6888
2. Fill out a Class 2 agreement form.
Class 4 - External rentals
1. Please contact Student Rec Center Manager: avaughn@wvc.edu or 509-682-6888
2. Please review the Student Recreation Center Emergency Policies and Procedures
3. All external rentals need an insurance policy. You will need to provide us a certificate of insurance naming WVC as additional insured with limits
of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence prior to approval for the requested space.
4. After approval you will be given further instructions.
